Summary: Room and staff were lacking. During check-in, the attendant kept he waiting for my reservation paper that was sitting ready in the printer because he was paying a game on his phone! The room was a war torn version of the listing pics. But we had a bed (with 4 half pillows?!) and a warm shower.
